Probably my second ever grime post, but also probably the best. It’s a really simple tune, an African rhythm looped continually with a snare drum introduced mid way through for a couple of bars….and that’s it, and that’s all it needs. It's perfect. ‘F’OFF’ is a blisteringly paced minimal grime record created by the founders of the Roll Deep crew. The song display virtuous rapping, as verse after verse is pounded out with the same ferocity as the drum beat and it never once drops in pace. It’s a mad tune.
